Lily Bells

   A sweet little calico kitten perches on a leaf among the white lily bell flowers, kept company by some beautiful monach butterflies.

Inspiration: I've been meaning to paint a calico cat for a while, but none of the ones I started worked until this one. The flowers are lily of the valleys, but I've always called them "lily bells." I wanted to try something different with this series of butterfly kittens, like you're peering through a window on your wall into a meadow. Stay tuned for more!
